Our Team
Jessica McBride LPCC, LADC
Hi there! Life can be messy, and finding peace is an inside job. In our work together, we begin by gently exploring the parts of you that feel unsettled, creating space for healing, clarity, and connection.
I'm dually licensed in both mental health and addiction, with advanced training in Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, and skills-based modalities. I also integrate Gottman Method principles when working with relational dynamics. My practice is rooted in a relational-cultural perspective, blending neuroscience, somatic awareness, and the power of authentic relationships.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, and the complexities of being human in relationship—with others and with themselves. I also have a particular focus on women's issues, relationship conflict/disconnection, identity development, perfectionism, and grief and loss.
Together, we’ll build a space that’s collaborative, compassionate, and grounded—so you can reconnect with your resilience and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Rachel Moe, LPCC
I have worked with a variety of demographics and a range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, early childhood trauma, grief, etc. Throughout my experience I have been perpetually inspired by the resilience, strength and vulnerability of those seeking change and have deep respect for how challenging the process can often be.
I believe that to our core each of us want to feel seen and understood. Oftentimes different events and circumstances in our life leave us feeling misunderstood by ourselves and others. This can cause great feelings of pain and agony that often lead to behavioral patterns that cause us to feel disconnected from ourselves. I hope that during our work together we can identify these misunderstandings and work towards alleviating the pain they have caused through healing your relationship with yourself and those around you. I hope that our work together can provide you an opportunity for you to learn about yourself while feeling seen and understood.
